The President’s Pledge: 2,700 Miles for Loop 15
This summer, our mission to connect the North Texas community through world-class trail infrastructure is going international. Loop 15 Texas Board President Robert Rose is embarking on a 2,700-mile bicycle journey across Europe—from the Atlantic coast of France to the Black Sea in Romania—to raise vital funds for our local trail projects.

The President’s Pledge is a "pledge-per-mile" campaign designed to turn every pedal stroke of this journey into progress for our trails back home.

The Goal: Connecting 15 Cities
Loop 15 Texas is dedicated to the development and maintenance of a continuous multi-use trail system connecting 15 cities around the Lake Grapevine Region. This infrastructure isn't just about recreation; it's about regional connectivity, safety for cyclists and pedestrians, and preserving our local natural beauty.

How Your Pledges Make an Impact
Every dollar raised through this campaign goes directly toward the advocacy, planning, and physical maintenance required to bring the Loop 15 vision to life. Your contributions will fund:

  • Trail Development: Planning, engineering & construction for new trail segments.

  • Maintenance & Restoration: Vital repairs and upkeep of existing & future pathways that are part of the Loop 15 Texas Trail.

  • Community Advocacy: Strategic partnerships with local retail and municipal leaders to ensure trail connectivity remains a priority.

How to Join the Journey
You can support the mission by pledging a specific amount for every mile of the 2,700 + mile trek. Whether it’s $0.05, $0.10, $0.25 or $1.00 per mile, your commitment ensures that as our President crosses Europe, we are building a better North Texas.

"This ride is a testament to what we can achieve with endurance and community support. Every mile I ride represents our commitment to a connected Texas." - Robert Rose
