Beatriz Terrazas is a visual storyteller and Pulitzer Prize winning photographer who, when not on set for a production, loves to be outdoors cycling, walking, and running. (Okay, maybe “love” is a bit of a strong word for her relationship with running, but she does like to be able to say she ran.) For more than two decades, she’s served on nonprofits and city commissions for causes ranging from journalism to literacy, from nature education to public arts. Her hobbies include reading, writing, collecting cameras, and dissecting made-for-TV series (believe me, you don’t want to watch anything with commentary from her and her director of photography spouse).
